Automatic Zoom Lens_Mvotem
The Electric Linear Zoom Lens we made before is an alternative to the ones from NAVITAR. But we feel it's a must to upgrade it after we get more and more feedbacks from our customers from video measuring machines industry, semiconductor process industry, laser process industry, etc.

Mvotem has 2 zoom ratio designs now: 6.5X and 12X.

MAZ7.0X-LZ, MAZ7.0XC-LZ, MAZ7.0XF-LZ  (6.5:1), MAZ12.0X-LZ , MAZ12.0XC-LZ , MAZ12.0XF-LZ (12:1), to cover different demands for inspection and measurements. You can find some advantages as below:

  • Linear guide movement system
  • No blurred vision
  • No zoom stuck and limited times
  • No abrasion between pin and bobbin

For those who have larger focus demands, Autofocus Module is a choice to consider: The Mvotem zoom microscope is compatible with focus tunable liquid lenses provided by Optotune allowing to change focus over a large z-range within milliseconds. The lens can conveniently mounted below the zoom on a C-mount thread. Our software allows for autofocus but also has functionality to provide an all-in-focus  picture (extended depth of field: EDOF) and extract 3D information (depth from focus).

   FEATURES

3. Stable and smooth zoom process, minimal central offset. Repeat positioning accuracy can up to 1um.


4. Free to install light source according to demands.


5. Widely applied to all intelligent devices via RS232, without manually operation.


6. Always monitor rotating wheel to eliminate mistakes caused by gear gap.


7. Automatic zoom system can designed with single axis, double axis or multi-axis curve.
